Lap of Luxury Commence through Mind

Your Attitude is your Window to the world
                                                             - Jeff Keller

Often we have heard "What we think we become! ", maybe in serials, movies and in many motivational seminars. But we often forget that what all we think comes from the way we see the world you might not be able to understand that so let me take an example:
There are two friends one Jack another Jones assuming both are having same life lets assume jack have a positive attitude towards life daily wakes up with a smiling face thank nature for the life he is living and then starts his day, he generally wishes Morning to everyone at his workplace and keeps a big smile no matter whatever the circumstances he faced in his whole day. On the other hand, Jones is a deadpan he at no time be happy while waking up and usually never wishes anyone at his workplace and thus creating a sense of negativity in his mind.

According to a survey by Harvard Business Review

"We found that CSRs varied from day to day in their start-of-day mood, but that those who started out each day happy or calm usually stayed that way throughout the day, and interacting with customers tended to further enhance their mood. By contrast, for the most part, people who started the day in a terrible mood didn’t really climb out of it and felt even worse by the end of the day — even after interacting with positive customers. Most importantly, we discovered strong performance effects when it came to the quality of work and productivity. Employees who were in a positive mood provided higher-quality service: they were more articulate on the phone with fewer “ums” and verbal tics and used more proper grammar. Employees who were in a negative mood tended to take more frequent breaks from their duties to cope with the stress and get themselves through the day. These small breaks piled up, leading to a greater than 10% loss of productivity."

And this is not the end, on reading a few world-renowned authors like Jeff Keller, Napolean Hill, Dale Carnegie I have noticed a common theme in all these great books is that they all tell you "Don't seek approvals" which can be interpreted as Never hear to people on what u should wear, how u should act, etc.
JUST REMOVE THEM FROM YOUR LIFE
Yes, today it might sound weird but one day when it will be too late you will start believing it was all your fault and you were not able to handle the situation so all went wrong this kind of people who just makes you feel small are so-called Deactivators they will just make you feel small and how worthless you are. They will just mangle your Self-confidence.

I know you might be thinking that this author is a "Negative person". He is just overhanging with his thoughts and baffling whatever he has read! If that's the case I am convincing you to play this small game I usually finger it as " Mindtrip Radar ".
Before starting our game I want you to ask yourself a question and rate yourself on a scale of 1-10 on the following basis

  • Self-confidence
  • Relationships
  • Spirituality ( here it means how well you know yourself , so don't take it literally😅)
Now once you have rated yourself, and if your average of three comes to less than 7 you might be a negative person  ( No offense😬 one as one might be shy and scoreless in the self-confidence section and others might not good at relationships but quite confident ).
So what next you are going to do is try to connect with the negative people for 10 days and then connect with positive people for another 10 days you might again think "what a crap!" .But trust me and play this small game note your ratings as Initial, Postive and Negative. Once after 20 days you can again visit my blog and tell us in the comments How drastically your life changed in the next 20 days.

P.S. By connecting with people I mean to spend more time with either go to watch a soccer match, Bowling Alley, etc, but spend as much time as you can with them.

Hope U like my blogs and please do share the link with ur friends and family members for them to succeed in life. And have a happy and safe life.

Netflix vs Blockbuster

Netflix vs Blockbuster In the 1990s, Blockbuster was the king of the DVD renting market. It was the launch of Netflix which ended up the company in Bankruptcy. Between the launch of Netflix and Blockbuster Declaring Bankruptcy, there was a war, which went on for years.  Quality x Price Blockbuster as we know was the king of the DVD-renting market.  They were a market leader and a billion-dollar company. The hefty late fees charged by the company were a pain point for Millions of Americans. Around 16 per cent of Blockbuster's Revenue came from Late fees.  Like many other Americans, the founder of Netflix was annoyed by Blockbuster's late fee model. He with his friend started Netflix in 1997 as a DVD in-mail service. They ended up building a subscription-based business model and that too without the late fees making it more affordable to the customer. Quality x Quality By 2004, it had a revenue of 500 Million dollars. The Unique Selling Proposition of Netflix was deli...
In this brief blog post, I want to share my experience of transforming from someone who had never read a single novel, not even the compulsory ones from school, to someone who reads extensively. Although I have not read an enormous number of books, I am proud of the progress I have made. I began my reading journey during my college years to stand out from the crowd through knowledge rather than material possessions. Let me get straight to the point - I began my reading journey with the book "Five point someone" by Chetan Bhagat, which kickstarted my interest in reading. I subsequently read "Wings of Fire", "The subtle art of not giving a fuck", and other books that led me into a journey of voracious reading. Although I have read more than 20 books, I have tried to read 35-40 books in total. I've learned that if a book doesn't pique my interest, it's not my fault, and I just need to keep trying different books until I find one that engages me. J...

Privilege:BOON or BANE?

“What separates privilege from entitlement is gratitude.” ―  Brené Brown We all are born with a little or more privilege than others. Sometimes it might be in the form of Health, Money or sometimes you just get everything perfect in your life(these kids can focus on something more important) That's when you notice most of the "Rich kids" opt for different sectors like vlogging blogging getting into Theatres, etc. And many of the "Middle-class kids" try to get a job or practice as doctors or engineers in the future. I am in no way Booming Rich and saying poor and middle class can't do anything in their life. We have many examples amongst us those who were poor but wrote their own destiny with a golden Pen. But some of their Success is relative to where or when they were born. I would like you to play a small game throw a party at your place and invite a few friends (let's say 4). You invite 4 friends of yours and ask each of them to pay you 50 bucks. Ra...
